Default shipping/billing addresses can be added later by editing the customer, or via the Intake form's full New Customer modal.
Send board to Italy (swap)
Creates a new pool-owned BRD-#### board record, issues a Red Tag, and queues it
for the next Italy box. This repair is left alone — return the repaired hardware to the customer as usual.
Creating the board record opens its Italy sheet in a new tab — print it and include it in the box.
