Find any repair — open or closed. Phone number is the fastest lock when a customer calls:
it's right on the caller ID. Email, customer name, and RF number all work too.
A customer match lists all their repairs, open and closed — any part of the
phone number works (last four digits is plenty). Rows open the Update page.
A Red Tag search says where that tag is — and remember the tag is usually on a
pulled part, not the unit named on the repair.
