When a customer returns a temporary loaner, tick the units that arrived and confirm. Moves them back to Loaner Pool, returns Customer to AiM pool, stamps Date Loaner Returned.
Only temporary loaners (scenario B) come back here. Clean-swap loaners (scenario A) stay with the customer and never need to be received.
Default office = your office. The list shows every unit currently in Out as Loaner status. Tick the ones the customer just shipped back.
