Italy turnaround per shipment

How long a round trip takes once the box actually ships — time spent queued in Awaiting Italy Shipment is not counted, since that's our batching, not Italy's. A trip is complete when every unit on it has been checked back in. Not window-scoped; this is the whole history.

Per-tech intaken / closed / solved-vs-shipped counts bucketed by week, month, or quarter. Use this to join with monthly call logs from Zoho, 8x8, or other external systems.

CSV columns: Period, Tech, Intaken, Closed (RF units), of which migrated, Solved in house, Closed after Italy, Sent to Italy. Period format: 2026-05 (monthly), 2026-W21 (weekly), 2026-Q2 (quarterly).
