All intakes start as Customer Repairs. The decision to swap-out (move a unit to the AiM West/East internal pool for Italy refurb) is made after diagnosis, not at intake. Use the "Convert to Swap-Out" page later.
Loaner Pool Intake mode. Units will be created with Customer = AiM East (VA) or AiM West (CA) Pool based on the selected Office, Status = Loaner Pool, Repair Type = Internal Swap-Out, Disposition = Loaner Pool. Reported Issue is optional.
Track Dump mode. Items are queued to Italy (Awaiting Italy Shipment) under the AiM Track Dump customer. Per item: Individual mints a unique Red Tag for each unit; Batch puts a whole quantity under one tag. Serial / firmware / warranty don't apply.
