Deploy a Loaner
Send a pool unit out to a customer — clean swap (permanent) or temporary loan
Two scenarios:
- Clean swap (A) — customer keeps the loaner permanently. Their broken unit gets converted to Internal Swap-Out and joins the next Italy box.
- Temporary loan (B) — customer borrows while their unit is repaired. When their unit returns from Italy, you'll receive the loaner back into the pool.
