What’s outstanding
Read the last note before chasing anything. Landing on this list means
the pipeline lost track of the tag, not that something is missing. Rows badged
unqueued were pulled back from Italy on purpose —
the tag stays on the record by design and nothing is owed. Others turn out to be
duplicates or already resolved, and the tech usually said so in the note.
For a genuinely stranded part still going to Italy, open the repair and use Send board to Italy (swap) so it gets its own record that stays queued. Nothing here auto-resolves.
Once a tag’s story is settled (it physically rode a box, the record was a duplicate, the part was fixed here) use Mark accounted for to retire it — the row leaves this report, and if the unit ever queues for Italy again a fresh tag is issued. Don’t retire a tag on a unit that may still ship on it: re-queuing reuses the live tag, which is cheaper and keeps the printed tag correct.
